The Workout Worth a Try.....

I just found out about this new workout that sounds pretty interesting so, as usual, I thought I'd share it with you all, especially you yoga lovers. Paddleboard Yoga! Basically it's the same as regular yoga, only in the water on a board. The challenge is trying to stay balanced throughout your session, all while the waves work against you. The struggle between balance and water forces you to use your core and leg muscles more than in normal classes making the workout more intense, giving you more 'Bang for your Buck'.
The classes sound tough, and you Do spend A lot of time falling in the water, but it does seem like a good change of pace for those of you who enjoy yoga, and even those who don't, like myself. It's a fun twist to exercising and a lot of cities are offering classes. Most places provide the boards, so if your interested, check around your area for more details, it's worth a shot!
