If You are Small up Top:
Look for tops with extra padding and underwire to create the illusion of fullness. Also rock the ruffled and bandeau tops; you are one of the few groups that can, so don’t hold back! Stay away from those heavy and abundant fabrics and try and choose metallic colors that add fullness to your chest. Another great look is a plunging neckline. The, very much ‘in’, one piece has some really great styles for those with a little less up top.
If You are Big up Top:
Always go with underwire for the added support. Stay away from string bikinis, which can add extra attention. If you want a triangle top just make sure the cups have underwire and the straps are really thick. Go for patterns that slim and distract but stay away from metallic and solid colors that tend to add fullness. One piece swimsuits with a shirred waist or gathering are a great alternative because the detail creates balance and takes the eyes to the waist instead of the bust.
Hips, Booty, & Thighs:
Find an amazingly eye-catching top to draw the attention away from these areas. Dark colors are complimenting as long as they are patterned which can be very slimming. Stay away from ruffles and excess fabric. For bigger hips try to lengthen the leg with a higher cut; skirt and boy short bottoms work perfectly for these problem areas.
Stomach:
If your issue is with your stomach you have an easy fix! Tankini Swimsuits are your best friend; they are super stylish and cover all your problem areas. Go for a darker, patterned top that slims and flatters, and a dark, solid bottom. Also a great one piece can keep your stomach hidden while keeping you in the latest styles. BUT, while these can be great they can also be a horrible mistake! Try and stay with pieces that have gathers or shirring around the mid-section to create a distraction and hide that tummy you’re not so fond of.
I hope these tips will help you find your perfect swimsuit this season!
Good Luck to you all!
